    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field, Master's degree is preferred.
    • Over 8-10 years in brand communication, ideally in beauty or luxury business.
    • Proven success in developing and implementing brand communication strategies.
    • Deep understanding of global market trends and consumer behavior.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
    • Leadership skills to inspire cross-functional teams.
    • Thrives in fast-paced environments with strong analytical and strategic thinking.
