We are looking for an HR Officer who thrives in a fast-growing, high-energy environment. This role is for someone who doesn't just "process HR tasks" but builds teams, protects culture, and ensures our people are supported, engaged, and ready to win.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for office and field roles (including PC)
- Partner with hiring managers on manpower planning
- Source, screen, and coordinate interviews
- Build candidate pipelines and manage recruitment channels
- Ensure smooth onboarding for new hires
- Track hiring progress and maintain recruitment reports
Employee Engagement
- Plan and execute engagement activities and team initiatives
- Support internal communication and culture-building efforts
- Collect feedback and suggest improvement actions
- Support engagement and performance cycle communications
HR Operations
- Coordinate benefits administration (SSO, insurance, leave records)
- Support payroll data and attendance tracking
- Maintain employee records and HR database
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years HR experience (recruitment required)
- Experience hiring field/PC roles is a plus
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Organized, proactive, and able to work independently
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, growth environment
