- Assess and determine the jurisdiction and classification of goods for import and export purposes.
- Maintain TE's operations in compliance with export and import laws and regulations.
- Provide operational services to ensure trade compliance and efficiency while minimizing risks.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure consistent business practices and compliance with OSC requirements.
- Utilize trade data analytics to identify compliance risks and cost-saving opportunities.
- Contribute to projects aimed at enhancing TE's jurisdiction and classification systems.
- Monitor trade compliance regulatory changes and communicate necessary actions to stakeholders.
- Participate in planning sessions to align on strategy and opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree required (preferably in engineering, supply chain, law, or related field).
- Minimum 4 years of experience in international trade with a focus on trade compliance.
- Preferred: 3+ years of experience in communications, industrial, or transportation industries.
- Knowledge of export and customs classification.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to deliver results in challenging environments.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Customer-oriented with a focus on quality.
- Travel may be required for this role.
