- Develop and implement reliability improvement plans and strategies.
- Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to optimize product reliability.
- Perform root cause analysis and develop corrective action plans for reliability issues.
- Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and potential issues.
- Lead reliability testing and validation activities.
- Provide technical support and expertise to internal teams and customers.

- Proven experience as a Reliability Engineer in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of reliability engineering principles and methodologies.

- Familiarity with reliability standards and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
