- Be able to prepare quotations for metalworking and report to Japanese boss in Japanese.
- Making some documents such as Quotation and invoice
- Order Management (Follow up order from customer, Create order summary etc.)
- Internal Coordination (Delivery date, Amount etc.)
- Various Coordination and support with customer (Quotation, Inquiry etc.)
- Assist and support to superior to co ordinate and follow up for any issues to meet customer's requirement.
- Report to Japanese manager of sales
- Visit costumers by themself
- Other tasks assigned by ManagerNecessary Skill / Experience
- Ability to read metalworking drawings (as metalworking drawings need to be read at the time of making the quotation).
