- Advanced Performance Tracking: Regularly monitors and reports on critical credit metrics, including vintages, roll-rates, customer segments, and score bands
- Strategic Calibrations: Provides data-driven recommendations on when to "tighten" or "expand" credit policies based on current portfolio performance trends
- Forecasting Accountability: Holds full accountability for the accuracy of portfolio performance forecasts provided to leadership
- 5-7 years of experience in Portfolio Management, preferably in the retail lending business
- Deep experience in portfolio analytics and vintage analysis within the lending industry
- Proficiency in tracking credit migration and roll-rate modeling
- Strong communication skills to provide strategic expansion or contraction advice to the P&L Owner
