- Recruit, onboard, and train Livestreaming Admins to ensure they are equipped with the right skills, platform knowledge, and operational standards.
- Prepare and deliver detailed product information to Livestreaming Admins, ensuring they fully understand key selling points, campaign mechanics, and client expectations for accurate and timely coordination.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage Admin scheduling, assigning resources appropriately to each client's brand, livestream format, and peak activity periods.
- Oversee day-to-day performance of Livestreaming Admins, providing coaching, feedback, and continuous improvements to uphold high livestream quality and operational efficiency.
- Maintain clear documentation and reporting, including performance trackers, scheduling sheets, product briefs, and operational updates for internal and client use.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience managing Livestreaming Admins, including recruitment, onboarding, and training; or direct experience as a Livestreaming Admin with a desire to grow into a supervisory role.
- Background in e-commerce, livestreaming, or digital marketing is highly preferred, especially within fast-paced or high-volume environments.
- Proficiency in Excel and other productivity tools, with the ability to track data, manage schedules, and generate clear and structured reports.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and time-management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple admins and brands simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating product information and client requirements into clear, actionable instructions for the team.
