Job summary
This role assists staff with expediting problem payments, follows up with guests regarding satisfaction issues,processes guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and issuing room keys. It also processes payment types such as room charges,cash checks debit or credit sets up accurate accounts for each guest upon check-in anticipates sold-out situations.
