Strategic Planning and Portfolio:
Roadmap Prioritization
Develop and maintain a comprehensive feature roadmap aligned with the company's overall product strategies and business goals
Work closely with product owners, IT teams, UX/UI designers, and other teams to gather inputs and ensure a cohesive and realistic feature development plan
Facilitate communication and collaboration between business teams and IT teams to ensure a unified understanding of feature requirements and timeline
Understand and analyse each product s business justification in both quantitative and qualitative perspective, to plan and prioritize feature development
Implement a prioritization framework to ensure that high-impact features are delivered in a timely manner, able to embrace an adaptive planning approach based on feedback and emerging business priorities
Communicate the roadmap effectively, including developing presentation to communicate with Business Units, Product Owners, and IT Team, along with Senior Executives for approval
Monitor and maintains appropriate tracking and reporting to collaborate with all stakeholders at each stage and to identify areas of improvement Being a problem solver, open to manage any new challenges, or any ad-hoc assignments or projects
3-5 years of relevant experience in business development, strategy planning, or consulting firm; experience in banking or Fintech company is a plus
Systematic thinking with strong analytical skill, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure with a tight timeline and limited resources
Proactive, self-starter with excellent project management skills, strong problem-solving skill and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage, influence,and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment.
