RESPONSIBILITIES:

Managing the monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial close process, including ensuring all expenses and costs incurred are properly recorded.
Submitting a financial report and noting to Auditor.
Participating in the ongoing development/establishment of accounting policies and procedures and operational strategies.
Preparing summary feedback of financial statements variances to budget.
Making recommendations for changes as needed and ensuring that company policies and procedures are followed and establishing the proper techniques to discover and prevent fraud.
Reviewing actively and advising on accounting processes.
Analyzing the effect of statutory accounting practices.
Leading Chart of Account and GL process into the system.
Setting up standard cost module and ensuring all information and all process in SAP is correct.
Setting up

Publicly Accountable Entities:
PAEs and consolidated.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or higher.
Above 30 years old with at least 3 years experience in accounting or finance with an overall Accounting function.
Expertise in closing Publicly Accountable Entities (PAEs) and consolidating will be advantageous.
Good command of communication in English, both written and spoken.
Good internal control concepts, and good accounting & administrative disciplines.
Leadership skill.
Hardworking and able to work under pressure.
Preferably in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel and Word.
Knowledge of SAP Software will be added advantage.
