วางกลยุทธ์ HR ให้สอดคล้องกับ Business Strategy ของกลุ่ม Origin เป็นที่ปรึกษาเชิงกลยุทธ์ด้าน People & Organization ให้ CEO และคณะผู้บริหาร กำกับดูแลงาน HR ทั้งระบบของกลุ่มบริษัท เช่น Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning (สายขาย, พัฒนาโครงการ, ก่อสร้าง, สนง.ใหญ่) Performance Management & KPI / OKR System Compensation & Benefits, Salary Structure, Commission & Incentive Scheme Learning & Development, Leadership Development Succession Planning Organization Development Culture Change Management HR Policy Labor Law Compliance ออกแบบโครงสร้างองค์กรและกำลังคนให้เหมาะสมกับธุรกิจ Project-based Holding Structure บริหารงบประมาณด้านบุคลากรของกลุ่มบริษัท Manpower Cost Commission Project Staffing Cost พัฒนา HR ให้เป็น Strategic Partner กับทุก Business Unit ภาคีในเครือ กำกับดูแลแรงงานสัมพันธ์ โดยเฉพาะพนักงานโครงการ ไซต์งาน ผู้รับเหมา พัฒนาและใช้ HRIS / People Analytics เพื่อสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้บริหาร รายงานผลการดำเนินงานด้าน HR ต่อคณะผู้บริหารระดับสูง คณะกรรมการบริษัท

Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีหรือโท สาขาทรัพยากรมนุษย์, บริหารธุรกิจ บริหารองค์กร หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน HR อย่างน้อย 12–15 ปี เคยกดำรงตำแหน่ง Director Head of VR VP ในองค์กรขนาดใหญ่ มีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจอสังหาริมทรัพย์, ก่อสร้าง พัฒนาโครงการ หรือดybrid Project-based Holding จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ เข้าใจระบบค่าตอบแทนทีมขาย (Commission Incentive) โครงสร้างค่าจ้างสายโครงการ มีความรู้กฎหมายแรงงานไทย การสั่งการทีมหน้าอาชีพฯ ได้ดีทักษะการสื่อสาร การเจรจา และนำเสนอระดับผู้บริหาร Board สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดีJV นักลงทุนต่างประเทศ ขยายธุรกิจต่างประเทศ
