Supply Chain Supervisor
Reporting to:
Supply Chain Manager

Job requirements:
Be responsible for the management of all activities and achievement of outstanding results of shipping & warehousing.
Responsibilities:
Order planning and management:
- AX implementation and link to development team for queries or ledger issue.
- Liaise with Sales Department and external parties to coordinate sales and material plan.
- Support for Material Planning and Control.
- Oversee a team to perform day to day operation.
- Weekly follow up on backlog review and manage shipping schedule.
- Prepare & chair weekly meeting to update the backlog and inventory tracking.
- Maintain accurate processing records and prepare reports.
- Any other task as assigned by the Company from time to time.
Inventory management:
- Manage inventory since good receiving and transfer to correct location in AX.
- Weekly update the inventory analysis for SLOB to supply chain manager.
- Analyze root cause of the backlog order.
- Tracking the sale out compare with sale forecast.
- Monthly reconcile inventory with 3PL and AX.
3PL management:
- Control 3Pl on daily basis since good receiving, stock, and delivery to meet the agreement.
- Conduct monthly meetings on KPI review with 3PL.
- Monthly warehouses observe to record and update all issue to supply chain manager.
- Monthly audit 3PL on workflow process and inventory accuracy.
- Optimize pallet space in the warehouse.
- 3PL billing review.

- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills. High levels of creativity
- Result oriented, take initiatives, selfmotivated and have the ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment and meet deadlines.
Knowledge and experience:
- Degree or relevant certification
- Min. 2 years' experience in logistics and supply chain
- Warehouse management Ability to work with cross culture, function, and country teams.
- Experience Logistics, Cost Analysis, & supplier negotiation
- Demonstrate strategic planning, statistical expertise, sales orientation, communication abilities and computer competencies.
- Good command of English.
- Can do attitude.
