About the role
Garmin Chonburi (Thailand) Ltd. is seeking a talented Technician Support Engineer to join our team. In this full-time position based in Chon Buri, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and engineering expertise to ensure the smooth operation of our electrical and electronic systems.
What you'll be doing
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to electrical and electronic components and systems
- Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and upgrades on equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical problems
- Contribute to the development and improvement of technical documentation and procedures
- Participate in the testing and evaluation of new technologies and products
- Deliver training and support to internal and external stakeholders as needed
What we're looking for
- Associate Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 0-1 years of experience in a similar technical support or engineering role
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication fluently in English (Toeic 600 up)
- Familiarity with relevant electrical and electronic engineering standards and regulations
- Travel to Taiwan for training 4 months (April to September 2026)
- Adaptable and willing to learn new technologies and techniques
