Job summary
Collect and analyze for business perspective finance perspective and project investment perspective to be information for management decision making Collaborate with corporate finance legal and operations teams to ensure thorough due diligence financial analysis and risk assessments for potential acquisitions while executing M&A transactions Analyze the competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and assess potential risks associated with the business Project feasibility study and financial model calculate and report Sourcing for project loan and project finance
Qualifications
- Experience in finance banking project analysis or related fields at least 3 - 5 years with direct experience 1 years Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance Accounting Business Administration Economic or related fields Have knowledge in finance and accounting Experience in project finance from energy project will be preferable Good initiative analytical thinking Computer literacy Very good communication English skills required.
