- Collaborate with production department to develop and execute micro plans ensuring availability of electrical equipment to meet production targets.
- Procure and maintain spare parts, conduct modifications with minimal production downtime, and analyse breakdowns to prevent future failures.
- Establish quality assurance plans and SOPs to maintain power and electrical work standards, including material procurement, inspections, and job completion.
- Develop preventive maintenance schedules and condition monitoring systems to enhance equipment reliability.
- Coordinate detailed engineering, procurement, and site execution activities for electrical projects, ensuring timely completion and cost optimisation.
- Ensure compliance with electrical statutory regulations and safety standards, conduct safety audits and provide necessary resources and training.
- Implement workplace organisation and management systems, conduct audits, and maintain sustainability data in software.
- Identify and implement energy conservation and cost reduction measures across various aspects of electrical operations, including lighting, HVAC, transmission, and inventory optimisation. The Successful Applicant
- Strong background in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in electrical maintenance and project management.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations, quality assurance, and preventive maintenance practices.
