    What You Will Do

    • Take full ownership of achieving sales growth and consistently hitting or exceeding annual sales targets.
    • Manage the entire sales cycle end-to-end—from prospecting and lead qualification to product demonstrations, negotiations, and closing deals.
    • Provide on-the-ground support and mentorship to the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team to generate high-quality opportunities and pipeline through innovative outbound strategies.
    • Deliver value-led conversations with prospects and clients by sharing thoughtful insights and clearly articulating the value proposition through proposals and presentations. Ensure clients maximize value from offerings such as free trials.
    • Act as the market expert by monitoring trends, identifying unmet needs, and assessing opportunities to provide greater value to clients. Stay informed about emerging markets, competitive landscapes, and industry shifts.
    • Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to expand reach and capture key customer segments.
    • Present accurate and realistic sales forecasts, revenue updates, and performance reports to the management team.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams—including Marketing, Sales Operations, Sales Engineering, and Sales Enablement—to drive consistent and scalable results.
    • Maintain an accurate, up-to-date pipeline and perform precise forecasting to ensure consistent sales performance.
    • Balance strategic planning and hands-on execution to achieve sustainable success.

    What You Will Need

    • Minimum 5 years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience, ideally within SaaS or Martech.
    • Strong understanding of market research, sales methodologies, and negotiation principles.
    • Prior experience working with clients in eCommerce, retail, or banking is a strong plus.
    • Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets in a Sales or similar role.
    • Ability to collaborate and build strong, trust-based relationships with customers, including executive-level stakeholders.
    • Comfortable working cross-functionally with direct sales, marketing, and partner success teams.
    • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Excellent organizational, presentation, and communication skills—both verbal and written.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Based in Bangkok.
