PRTR Tech Team is Partnering with a well-known Tech Company, seeking a Senior Developer and Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Leading the development and implementation of software solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and project timelines.
Managing and mentoring a team of developers, providing guidance, support, and feedback to foster their professional growth and development.
Collaborating with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and prioritize tasks.
Handling the architect and design of scalable, maintainable, and efficient software systems, leveraging a variety of programming languages and technologies.
Conducting code reviews, performing testing, and implementing quality assurance processes to ensure the reliability and performance of the software.
Staying updated on emerging technologies, trends, and industry best practices, driving innovation and continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements:

For Manager role: Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in software development, with experience managing a team of developers.

For Senior role: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Strong proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript) and familiarity with a variety of development frameworks and tools.
Experience with database technologies, with a critical understanding of MySQL or Oracle.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with agile development methodologies and project management tools is a plus.
