Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of software engineers in the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of software applications.

• Provide strong technical leadership, including guiding architecture, driving technical decisions, and ensuring high engineering standards.

• Define team goals, strategies, and budgets, and oversee the deployment of large-scale projects across multiple locations.

• Set clear expectations for team members based on their roles and levels, ensuring alignment with broader organizational objectives.

• Conduct regular check-ins with team members to provide performance feedback, coaching, and support their professional development.

• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, managing priorities, timelines, and deliverables effectively.

Minimum Qualifications:
