Responsibilities:
- Analyze and understand business flows within the organization, identifying areas for improvement and increased efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of customer needs and expectations.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation, including business process flows, system requirements, and functional specifications.
- Develop ER diagrams to visually represent the relationships and dependencies between different data entities.
- Design and analyze data flows within the organization's systems, ensuring accurate and efficient movement of information.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and resolve any datarelated issues or bottlenecks.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive informed business decisions.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements and implement changes in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and data management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge and experience in analyzing business flows and identifying areas for improvement.
- Proficiency in creating ER diagrams to represent data relationships and dependencies.
- Solid understanding of data flows and experience in designing efficient data movement processes.
- Proven ability to gather requirements from customers and translate them into clear and concise documentation.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful insights.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Detailoriented mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
