คำอธิบาย

Responsibilities:


Data engineer is a technical person who's in charge of architecting, building, testing, and maintaining the data platform as a whole.

This person have response to prepare and transform data using pipelines.

There is a part of data science, a broad term that encompasses many fields of knowledge related to working with data.

It will correlate with the overall complexity of a data platform.


The main responsibilities are:

  • Create and maintain optimal data pipeline architectur
  • Assemble large, complex data sets that meet business requirements
  • Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements
  • Optimize data delivery and redesign infrastructure for greater scalabilit
  • Proceed the extracting data from various data source systems, transforming it into the staging area, and loading it into a data warehouse system. This process is known as ETL (Extract, Transform, Load).
  • Proceed the data pipeline to provide actionable insights into customer acquisition, operational efficiency, and other key business performance metrics
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to assist with datarelated technical issues and support data infrastructure need Bussiness
  • To Optimize this Data Engineer skill resource investment, we plan to hire 1 Senior Data Engineer headcount adding into the TDO-Data Management System Team. And also, let this Data Engineer to help build up skill of our existing data management team to be more performance increasing in the role of Data Engineer.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor/Master in Computer Science, Information Technology or banking & finance with minimum 5 years working experience in banking environment.
  • Proven expertise with data modeling, database design, and data management techniques and models including, Data warehousing / data marts, Data mining, ETL ,
  • Exposure to large scale business transformation project is an added advantage
  • Clear and through understanding of modeling concepts
  • Ability to do data modeling and analytical thinking
  • Ability to understand current data in use in an enterprise and create placeholder for future data requirements
  • Solid understanding of Data Quality as a concept and ability to ascertain and implement effective data quality program
  • Good understanding on the stated business domain with proven track record in working for large scale programs and projects.
  • Familiarity with SOA and BPM and their data requirements and technologies like XML, EDI, Data warehouse technology, ETL tools, query and reporting tools
  • Ability to coach/mentor other technical team members and to perform multiple tasks simultaneously whilst working under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to engage at the senior business executive level and IT teams to set and communicate architectural direction as well as balancing theory and practicality.
  • Strong analytical and able to make decisions, exhibit sound and accurate judgment when tackling issues.
  • Dynamic and not afraid to tackle changes
