หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ (Key Responsibilities)
การกำหนดกลยุทธ์คุณภาพองค์กร (Quality Strategy)
- วางกลยุทธ์และนโยบายด้าน Quality Control ให้สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายธุรกิจ
- กำหนดมาตรฐานคุณภาพสำหรับงานพัฒนาอสังหาริมทรัพย์ทุกขั้นตอน
- เป็นผู้นำด้านการพัฒนาระบบ Quality Management ขององค์กร
การบริหารระบบควบคุมคุณภาพโครงการ
- กำกับดูแล QC ตั้งแต่งานออกแบบ งานก่อสร้าง ไปจนถึงการส่งมอบลูกค้า
- พัฒนามาตรฐาน Inspection, Testing และ Quality Assurance
- ควบคุมคุณภาพงานโครงสร้าง สถาปัตยกรรม และงานระบบ
การบริหารความเสี่ยงด้านคุณภาพ
- วิเคราะห์และบริหารความเสี่ยงด้านคุณภาพโครงการ
- กำหนดมาตรการป้องกัน Defect และ Rework
- บริหารระบบ Root Cause Analysis และ Continuous Improvement
การบริหารทีมและองค์กร
- บริหารทีม QC, QA และ Document Control ทั้งองค์กร
- พัฒนาศักยภาพบุคลากรด้านคุณภาพ
- สร้างวัฒนธรรม Quality Mindset
การบริหารระบบมาตรฐานและ Audit
- กำกับดูแลระบบมาตรฐาน เช่น ISO หรือมาตรฐานคุณภาพองค์กร
- บริหาร Internal / External Quality Audit
- ติดตาม KPI ด้านคุณภาพองค์กร
การสนับสนุนกลยุทธ์ลูกค้าและแบรนด์
- สนับสนุนคุณภาพสินค้าและบริการให้สอดคล้องกับภาพลักษณ์แบรนด์
- ยกระดับ Customer Satisfaction ผ่านการควบคุมคุณภาพ
คุณสมบัติ (Qualifications)
- ปริญญาตรีหรือโท สาขาวิศวกรรมโยธา วิศวกรรมก่อสร้าง การบริหารคุณภาพ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ด้าน Quality Control / QA ในธุรกิจอสังหาริมทรัพย์อย่างน้อย 12–15 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์บริหารทีมระดับองค์กรอย่างน้อย 5 ปี
- มีความเชี่ยวชาญด้านมาตรฐานคุณภาพก่อสร้างและระบบ QA/QC
- มีทักษะเชิงกลยุทธ์ ภาวะผู้นำ และการบริหารการเปลี่ยนแปลง
- หากมีใบอนุญาตวิศวกรหรือ Certified Quality Professional จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
