    We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Sales Trainer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in veterinary science or a related field and a proven ability to train and develop sales teams. This role will involve creating and delivering comprehensive sales training programs, coaching sales representatives on product knowledge, and driving sales performance within the pet food industry.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement effective sales training programs, including product knowledge training, sales techniques, and customer relationship management.
    • Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to ensure that the sales team is equipped with the latest product information and sales strategies.
    • Coach and mentor sales representatives to improve their individual performance and achieve sales targets.
    • Assess the training needs of the sales team and develop customized training plans accordingly.
    • Develop and maintain product training materials, including presentations, manuals, and job aids.
    • Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to stay up-to-date on new product launches and industry trends.
    • Track and measure the effectiveness of training programs and adjust as needed.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in training and developing sales teams.
    • Strong understanding of veterinary science and pet nutrition.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to build strong relationships.

    Key Skills:

    • Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of pet food products, ingredients, and nutritional requirements.
    • Training Delivery: Ability to create engaging and effective training materials and deliver presentations to diverse audiences.
    • Coaching: Proven ability to coach and mentor individuals to improve performance.
    • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to adapt communication style to different audiences.
