Set team strategy and guidelines to improve team performance to achieve the target and get the right persons for various departments.

Analyze and search for the source of manpower supply with the right competencies.
Monitor all aspects of Recruitment functions with most time spent on recruiting sales, marketing, operations, IT, and other roles.

Meeting with managers to discuss goals and objectives for recruiting efforts, then developing recruiting strategies to meet those goals and objectives.

Support on other HR administrative tasks.
Qualifications.
At least bachelor's degree from a top university with an excellent GPA.
At least 3 years work experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment role.
Experience in recruitment agency will be advantageous.
Excellent written and spoken English and Thai skills.
High attention to detail, well-organized, very structured.
