    คำอธิบาย

    We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven E-commerce Specialist to join our team. This role will primarily focus on managing and growing our presence on key e-commerce marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) while also playing a crucial role in developing and optimizing our affiliate marketing campaigns to drive significant sales growth.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage the store, take care of the neatness of the storefront on various platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, including updating store information to be accurate and interesting.

    •  Upload and manage products, add new products, update stock, price, product details, images, videos and specifications to be complete, accurate and interesting according to the criteria of each platform.

    • Manage promotions and campaigns, join promotions, Flash Sale, various campaigns to stimulate sales.

    • Track and analyze competitors' strategies in terms of price, promotion and product presentation methods to improve the store's strategy.

    • Plan and implement Affiliate campaigns such as percentage of sales, pay per Lead.

    • Track and analyze sales data through Affiliate Channel to adjust strategies appropriately.

    • Responsible for driving and achieving continuous Quarter-over-Quarter Sales Growth targets across all managed platforms and Affiliate channels, with consistent tracking and reporting of sales KPIs.

    • Prepare Performance Reports.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

    • Minimum of 2-3 years of work experience in e-commerce or marketplace store management (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok).

    • Strong knowledge and understanding of e-commerce principles, online business operations, and affiliate marketing.

    • Basic understanding of content creation (e.g., product copywriting, visual merchandising) for e-commerce platforms.

    • Ability to collaborate effectively with design and marketing teams to create engaging visual content.

    • Excellent Thai & English written and verbal communication skills.

    • Self-motivated with exceptional attention to detail.

    • Ability to thrive in a collaborative work environment.

    • Excellent time management skills: ability to multi-task and prioritize deadlines effectively.

    • Maintain a high level of quality and a strong work ethic.

    • Hardworking and able to perform well under pressure.

    • Highly creative

    • Confident, not arrogant.

    • Willingness to contribute and work collaboratively as part of a team.
