Job summary
The position develops oversees implements and continuously improves the compliance program including data privacy and provides compliance and data privacy support to the businesses of the company.The Senior Compliance Officer will be responsible for managing implementing monitoring updating and improving the corporate compliance program including developing awareness campaigns conducting regulatory research leading risk assessments drafting policies procedures manuals guidelines tools related to compliance training both periodic ad-hoc designing e-learning preparing materials conducting investigations serving as Data Protection Officer maintaining Record of Processing Activities providing guidance advice on personal data incidents preparing reports keeping up-to-date with developments in laws regulations coordinating with service providers at optimal costs providing junior officers with guidance.
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree higher in Laws Accounting Finance fields minimum PQE years' international companies large organizations strong business acumen ability think laterally interpret legislative requirements review implement processes policies highly motivated self-starter able multitask prioritize analyze manage assess report high volume complex diverse issues excellent written oral communication skills both Thai English proficiency Microsoft Office Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint leadership skills occasional travel Rayong office preferable.
