Job Propose

Responsible for managing and implementing HACCP program, traceability, food defense, site security, and supporting the Food Safety and Quality system, while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations including food law, religious and government legislation, and certifications to meet legal/regulatory requirements, company direction, and customer expectations.

Task and Responsibilities

1.Establish and maintain HACCP program, conduct risk assessment, food safety (physical, chemical, microbiological, allergen), food fraud, malicious, HACCP team member task.

2.Implements and comply with all regulatory requirements and standards (BRCGs, GHP, HACCP, FSSC22000, Customer Quality Management System e.g. SQMS, RBI)

3.Coordinate with QC for conduct and update on validation of CCPs, process change, new machine, new equipment, and NPD process to minimize risk on food safety and quality.

4.Lead and cooperate on traceability program with cross function, customer and supplier to meet requirements.

5.Lead and cooperate on site security program with cross function to meet requirements.

6.Coordinate, support and/or solve investigation the root cause, feedback within time frame, action plan on customer complaint and customer inquiry for mitigate the issue effectively.

7.Support on audit activity, internal audit, customer audit and third-party audit, and customer visit activity.

8.Be a member of Food Safety Team, GHP team, HACCP team, internal auditor team and recall team.

9.Organize and maintain religious certification (HALAL CICOT, MUI) including licenses from government for products to comply with the food law and government legislation to meet company and customer requirement

10.Oversee and control pest management activities by coordinating with internal factory teams and external service providers to ensure effective implementation and compliance with site requirements

Professional Experiences

Have experience in QA/QC and Food Safety & Quality system in Food Industry at least 5 years

Key Competencies

Strong knowledge of Food Safety and Quality System in GFSI standard e.g. BRCGS, FSSC22000)
Can be organized on Quality Control and Quality Assurance)
Good knowledge of HALAL CICOT, MUI including food law registration and certification process.
