Job Detail:


  • Sales Manager (75K130K) (SDG90460)
- ผู้จัดการฝ่ายขาย- 1. Basic requirement
  • Key account management
  • Communication management with customers and among group company
  • Sales opportunity development and support during project handover
  • Sales opportunity data input on CRM database
  • Sales budget planning and achievement for responsible account
  • Invoice and payment balance management
  • Customer relationship development
  • RFQ Management- Sales lead from RFQ receipt until PO receipt
  • Commercial and technical requirement clarification
  • Commercial strategy and offer planning
  • Project milestone and schedule planning with project team
  • Technical proposal review and clarification with technical team
  • Project risk analysis and countermeasure planning
  • Market Intelligence
  • Sales price planning
  • Sales Interface to Project management- To prepare / support Internal and external project kick off meeting
  • To monitor & support project progress management in general
  • Customer Satisfaction Management- Clarification lead for problem and issues reported from customers
  • Overall coordination for internal communication / team effort to ensure solution which meet customer's expectation
  • Take lead in mediation / conflict management with customer
  • Ensure formulation of strategic and financial business plans covering sales, costs, capital expenditure and usage of resources for the Sales.
  • 6. To assist Sales Director in developing and implement long term OEM Business Strategic Plan.
  • 7. Develop and maintain Business Relationship with Key Customers in Thailand.
  • 8. Responsible to achieve sales budget including Incoming orders, Gross Margin, Product launches.
  • 9. Participate in regular Sales and Division meetings for updating market information, review of goals & achievement, strategies etc.
  • 10. Support colleagues and employees from your area of responsibility. Provide training. and induction and proper planning and supervision of target achievement. Thai nationality, Male, Female, age years old Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering especially Mechanical Engineer
  • 710 years of working experiences as Sales Engineer, or Technical Engineer for painting Technology Strong connection and experience with Automotive OEM Ability to generate sales & marketing plan, budget plan, sales forecast etc.
  • Business level of both verbal and written English (100% use in communication at works and documents)
  • Own car

Details:

  • Ability to communicate on a technical level with customer engineering to determine customer needs for potential projects.
Strong ability to work independently without supervision.- Ability to generate reports.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to travel internationally, especially within SEA region (Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia and Vietnam)
  • Prior paint finishing equipment knowledge and experience.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Coatings, Paint and Sealer systems
  • Skill in Visio / AutoCAD program
