Responsibilities:

• Develop sales plans and strategies to ensure business plan aligns with set goals and profits.
• Seek business opportunities and establish new business partnerships.
• Present original products to new customers and introduce products to new industries.
• Collaborate with sales and production teams, or other relevant parties, to present strategies and sales directions and analyze potential business risks to the management.
• Analyze market data and strategies for increasing market share for each business area.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in business management, marketing, or sales. Utilizing experience and knowledge for business development.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
• Experience in PVC Hose will be an advantage.
• Good English speaking and communication (minimum TOEIC score 650)
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Owns a private car.
