- คุณสมบัติพื้นฐาน
- งานประจํา ปี- กทม. (บางพลัด)- ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า- สามารถเจรจาต่อรองได้- หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
- In charge of helpdesk operations (call and ticket)
- Analyzes and resolves issues across CRM Salesforce and Customer Portal, E-Commerce.
- Receive problems from 1st tier, work around in administration concern point and troubleshooting and support in the user to solve technical issue.
- Other duties as assigned.
- คุณสมบัติ
- At least 1 year of experience in the insurance IT Project
- At least 1 year of experience in IT Service desk.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in information technology or a related field preferred
- Service mind, feel comfortable to interact with users.
- Ability to analyze and find root cause of problem.
