We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Project Procurement Coordinator. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth flow of materials and documentation to meet project requirements. Your expertise will be instrumental in aligning procurement activities with project objectives and ensuring timely delivery of materials.

Job Description:

• Efficient Procurement Oversight: As the Project Procurement Coordinator, you'll oversee and coordinate all procurement activities, expediting the delivery process to meet project timelines. Your keen eye for detail will ensure that materials and documentation are to project requirements.
• Effective Communication and Liaison: Serve as the representative of Project Procurement, acting as the focal point between the procurement team, project management, and clients. Your strong communication skills will be crucial in interfacing with various departments and external parties to address material supply issues and facilitate smooth project closeout.
• Strategic Planning: Detailing the strategies and processes to be adopted by the Project Procurement team is another crucial aspect of this role. You'll be responsible for generating materials execution plans and procurement schedules at the outset of each project, ensuring a clear pathway for procurement success.
• Monitoring and Reporting: Develop and maintain project-specific Purchasing Status Reports, monitoring the status of activities and proactively addressing any deviations. Your meticulous reporting will keep procurement efforts on track and contribute to overall project success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in any field is required, demonstrating your commitment to excellence and continuous learning.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a materials management role, with a strong preference for experience in procurement or the fabrication/construction industry. Your expertise in Oil and Gas, particularly in Module Fabrication, is essential for success in this role.
• Familiarity with project management principles is a must, as you'll be contributing to the success of various projects through your materials management expertise.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Thai are required to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders in a diverse, cross-cultural environment.
