Internal Audit

Location:

Assist manager in developing and executing riskbased audit plan and take a lead role in daytoday execution of internal audit work.
Audit internal controls and processes of each function such as store operations, leasing, publishing and support functions whether they are following the company's policies, business plans, operating procedures and relevant laws.
Identify risks and key points of internal processes to evaluate controls in place to mitigate those tasks.
Review sufficiency and appropriateness of the company's internal control system to be in alignment with COSO Principles.
Prepare audit objectives, audit scopes and audit programs before auditing.
Prepare working paper for summary of audit findings, evidence collections, constructive recommendations, and internal control results.
Prepare a report of findings and issues with recommendations for internal control improvement for discussion with user and manager.
Monitor and ensure existence, safeguarding and condition of fixed assets are appropriately and efficiently utilized.
Review and ensure connected transactions are accurate and in line with rules and regulations of the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
Facilitate Enterprise Risk Management Program and deliver relevant training across the organization.
Be an integral part of a collaborative and highperforming team, build close relationships with the business to ensure effective business partnering to continuously develop a strong risk, controls, audit, and compliance culture across the organization.
Perform any other jobs as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting; External audit experiences and CPA/CIA license would be an advantage.
Good command of spoken and written English and Thai.
At least 5 years of solid and practical experience in internal audit with listed companies. Experiences in the retail industry and/or business startup will be an advantage.
Good knowledge of local accounting standards and tax laws.
Competent user of MS Office programs, especially MS Excel, with handson experiences in accounting software.
Very good problemsolving skills and result oriented.
High integrity and ethical working manner.
Selfstarter, detail and result oriented, skeptical and good analytical skills.
Able to work well under pressure, multitask and prioritize work within tight deadlines.
Team player with strong interpersonal/communications skills and positive attitude.
