• Coordinate the preparation and distribution of annual reports and other required filings with regulatory authorities, such as the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
• Collaborate with the team to prepare presentations and materials for management, investors, analysts, and financial institutions.
• Monitor and analyze analyst reports and industry news, providing summarized information to senior management.
• Respond promptly to investor queries, ensuring accurate and timely resolution.
• Maintain up-to-date information on the company's website and manage the investors' database diligently.
• Coordinate with compliance and share registrar teams to support Investor Relations-related activities, including the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
• Oversee and manage the Annual Report.
• Provide support to the finance department during annual credit reviews conducted with credit rating agencies.
• Prepare comprehensive Q&A documents or potential questions ahead of events to ensure the management team is well-prepared.
• Leverage technology and digital platforms for effective communication with investors.
• Educate investors and analysts about the company's business model, industry trends, and other relevant information.
