- Ownership of the PnL and strategic direction of our Marketing Solutions business, including target setting, forecasting, and monthly C-level reporting.
- Translate partner needs, user needs, and business needs into project requirements and map out executable timelines for internal stakeholders, secure their commitments, and hold them accountable.
- Identify existing gaps, build 2-3 year visions, and secure alignment and resources towards those visions with strong analysis, structure, and communication.
- Work with Product, Business Development, and Operations to plan, drive and execute our roadmap of projects to achieve aggressive growth targets.
- Design and monitor the team's KPIs. Track and analyze the team's performance to identify areas for improvement, how they might be achieved, build a plan for the team to execute against, and drive execution.
- 6-9 years of experience from e-Commerce Strategy, Business Development, Sales Management, and/or Digital Advertising roles
- Familiarity with e-Commerce and Digital Advertising
- Proven hands-on experience in project management, planning and execution
- Ability to work with speed, knowing when to get things right and when to get things fast
- Ability to drive results under pressure and ambiguity with minimal supervision
- Effective communication skills, including the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Project management skills and experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Profound understanding of market trends, competitive landscapes, and industry dynamics.
- Entrepreneurial and open mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and Comfort with basic AI tools
