Position: Conversion & Retention Agent (Turkish Desk)
Location: GEORGIA - TAJIKISTAN - THAILAND

We are seeking experienced Conversion & Retention Agents to join our teams in Georgia, Thailand and Tajikistan. In this role, you will be responsible for communicating with Turkish speaking customers to improve conversion rates and enhance customer retention.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound calls to Turkish speaking customers to convert leads into sales.
2. Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
3. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints effectively.

Requirements:

1. Fluency in Turkish  (both verbal and written) is essential.
2. Proven experience as Conversion or Retention Agents is a must (Min 1 year)
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
5. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
6. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
