Job Description:

Assistant Brand Manager is responsible for portfolio deployment, range management, campaign translation and execution, artwork translation, brand management and compiling and sharing key market insight conform agreed brand meaning and visual identity, oversee the development of the project.

Manages product adaptations within the context of central innovation decision making and coordinated all activities within the scope of launches of New Product Development or Product Adaptations.
Collaborating with other departments/functions leaders (both local & regional) to define project objectives, project scope, prioritize, planning and develop projects
Is responsible for range management to ensure a sustained yield of rangeland products while taking into account range resource status.
Manages external communication activities (including social media) and maintains relationship with media all in line with the communication and media strategy as defined by the Category Marketing Leader.
Translates brand packaging design guidelines into brand artwork.
Manage and develops brands (i.e. developing brand meaning & visual identity, manage local product adaptations etc.) within central Category guidelines and is responsible for executing brand activation by using aboveand belowtheline instruments within the context of central brand activation guidelines.
Is responsible for compiling knowledge and key market insight and sharing this information with the central marketing organization for potential innovations and trends.
Analysis marketing research data to identify marketing executions.
Analyzing financial P&L, including project budgets, cost, risks, and resource allocation.
Oversee the development of the project and ensure that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently and keep projects on track for timely completion.

Qualifications:

Education:
University graduated

Must have:

25 years work experience, Preferred Project Management Product development from FMCG
Strong leadership skills and attention to details and technical term.
Strong technical skills and a solid understanding of product development, FMCG is a plus
Analytical and timemanagement skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills both Thai and English.
