Key Accountabilities;

• Review and issue the Purchasing Requisition and Purchase Order.
• Planning, scheduling and follow up shipments with suppliers.
• Supplier sourcing according to company's minimum requirements.
• Coordinate with users to ensure their requests.
• Supplier performance review and feedback.
• Systematically filling as per ISO requirement.
• Summarize monthly reports and others according to supervisor/manager's assignment.
• Review raw material cost and update into Oracle system.
• Cost reduction negotiation.
• To ensure PR & PO approval is under authorization limit.

Key Qualifications;

Education Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in related field.

Technical Competence & Skills:

• Possess good knowledge and understanding of buyer functions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Understanding of ISO9001, 14001, and 45001 standards in relation to procurement processes.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Relevant Experience:

• At least 1-3 years of working experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Others:

• Good command of Thai and English.
• A positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills, energetic, and eager to learn.
