- Provides pricing expertise and analysis to make pricing decisions for the Transfers business unit products, clients and distribution for a select region.
- Develop and project-lead research, analysis, and reporting that facilitates assessments of pricing performance and aides in the identification of improvement opportunities and spotlights needs for corrective action.
- Coordinate with other teams as a consumer of market trends, competitive intelligence, and sales performance data.
- Assess and recommend opportunities for testing new pricing tactics; support Sales team education and roll-out, monitor performance and advise when proven improvements should be implemented more broadly.
- Implement recommended pricing strategies, managing all aspects of change management across the business and our clients.
- Support Accommodation input into group pricing strategies and projects for bundled product offerings.
- This role will be given delegated authority from pricing committee to approve small pricing actions related to the Transfers business unit.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-making at the executive level.
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proven leadership and team management experience, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
- Strong proficiency in pricing tools, data analysis platforms (SQL, Tableau, Power BI or similar).
- Must be able to interpret data at pace and be comfortable making decisions.
- Must be comfortable taking a Hands-on approach when needed.
- Economics, business, finance or similar degree with excellent academic achievements.
- More than 5 years in pricing / commercial team in a high pace industry.
