    Location: Bangkok, Thailand

    Are you an analytical minded problem solver with a passion for manufacturing related data and analytical products? If so, you could be our new Product Owner in Pandora's Data & Analytics Center of Excellences Manufacturing team. In this role, you will be working together with stakeholders in agile operating model, delivering high priority use cases together with your colleagues in the Data & Analytics team.

    Job Description

    You will act as a Data Anlayst in Manufacturing Data & Analytics. You will ensure business outcomes by having a close collaboration with you stakeholder, translating business use cases to data and analytical deliveries that can be developed by the product team you are a part of. You will play a vital role in delivering analytical use cases for key business stakeholders, senior management and internal counterparts.

    You will refine, prioritize and plan deliveries based on Pandoras strategy and follow them through from start to finish. Deliveries in the team could be, but not exclusive to, enhancing our manufacturing data foundation for use across the value chain, building insights through Power BI reports or partnering with your stakeholders to ensure product adoption and the drive for an even more data driven mindset in Pandora.

    Your key accountabilities will be to:

    • Work with the Data & Analytics BI Business Partner / Product Manager and Data & Analytics Engineering team and serve as a key player to build analytical products, identify business opportunities and areas of improvement for the organization. Translate business challenges and opportunities into propositions for data and analytical products that makes a difference.
    • Engage with the business and facilitate storytelling and sprint planning sessions. Map the product features to priority and time.
    • Work closely with function area users across the organization to understand use case requirements and to ensure the solutions are aligned with business needs and Pandoras strategy.
    • Ensure credibility by providing timely and accurate insights and analyses of business performance.

    What Is Needed To Succeed

    • 3+ years of experience within business intelligence / analytics,
    • Problem-solver, with an analytical mind and good stakeholder management skills,
    • Experience of planning and executing in an agile framework,
    • Have a passion for understanding data and an ability to draw conclusions from the analyses,
    • Experience of visualizing and presenting insights from data,
    • Knowledge about Microsoft data platform azure stack and Power BI is a plus,
    • Knowledge about data modeling is a plus,
    • Language skills in Thai and English.
