- Investigate, Analyze, and eliminate internal quality problems to enhance the efficiency of product
- Coordinate and Provide quality information to concerned departments to enhance product quality.
- Coordinate with QC and concerned Sections and departments during the customer claim process.
- Investigate, Analyze, and Provide solutions for selected customers when they have quality problems.
- Represent QA Department during the external audit from the selected customers.
- Perform internal and external audits to required processes according to the specified standards.
- Investigate, Analyze and audit process of supplier when they have problem or annual audit.
- Communicate quality Improvement program internal company.
- Follow up any action need for solving problem as agree in quality Meeting or CPAR. customer complaint handling
- Maintain the existing system such as SA8000 and ISO4500
- Conducting the management review Meeting for QMS Conducting the internal audit.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering / industrial engineering or experience in the field
- 3 years' experience for QA & ISO in Manufacturing.
- Good command of English.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
