Job summary
Work closely with senior management team to develop initiatives on operations efficiency enhancement and cost savings opportunities through transformative innovation process improvement and retail productivity enhancement Analyze business insights from store's performance financial data and in-store executions to develop store & process development initiatives Apply deep knowledge of business trend data analysis and process standard to develop into actionable executions Lead facilitate and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure approach alignment and project execution to achieve company's target Manage projects update on a regular basis to ensure projects are timely delivered including prepare mitigation plans in cases of any potential issues Develop report or presentation for management to support on project plan execution
