คำอธิบาย

Job Highlight

  • Minimum of 5 years legal experience in Insurance, Broker company or Law Firms
  • Experience in arbitration and litigation of delinquency required
  • Oversee legal policies and compliance procedures
  • Excellent Good knowledge of OIC rules or relevant in government sector
  • Provide a legal consultant to management team
  • Proactive and ability to prioritize tasks
Reporting to Strategy and Operations Director


Responsibilities

  • Providing legal documents contract, delinquency notice, MOU, company memorandum and other legal documents
  • Execute arbitration/litigation of delinquency cases to recover debt for the company
  • Providing legal counsels in the areas of insurance, technology, labor and litigation
  • Providing legal advice on laws, rules and other related competent authorities to ensure the Company compliance with legal requirements
  • Developing, implementing and maintaining policies and procedures as well as general compliance policies in relation to regulatory and legal compliance to minimize legal risks
  • Liaising with external regulators and advisers, such as lawyers and auditors. Supporting management in the resolution of contractual issues and disputes
  • Corresponding with public or private authorities and/or other related parties on the legal issues
  • Analyze internal business activities to ensure compliance regulations, requirements, and guidelines.
  • Provide advice for other departments related to regulation and compliance

Requirements:


  • Master or Bachelor's degree in law
  • Qualified Attorney at Law; able to represent the company in court
  • Working in the audit firm or inhouse in multinational corporation, startup or insurance/nonlife broker industry is preferable
  • Proactive team player who displays sound judgment and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong time management and project/case management skill
  • Having commercial awareness to fulfill the company satisfactions while preventing the legal and reputational risks at the same time
