We work with the world's leading pharmaceutical companies as well as global health partners to improve the quality, affordability and accessibility of medicine, rapid diagnostics and care at the pharmacy.

SwipeRx is the number one app for pharmacies across Southeast Asia. Today, SwipeRx connects over 245,000 pharmacy professionals from 45,000 pharmacies which reach more than 150 million patients every month.

1 in every 3 licensed pharmacists across Southeast Asia use SwipeRx to access online education and training, access industry information, and procure their inventory through our B2B e-commerce platform.

To support our mission, SwipeRx is now looking for a
Pharmacy Community and Business Development Executive. We need a highly ambitious and dynamic individual who has the drive to excel. At SwipeRx, people who take initiative and ownership are rewarded significantly.


Your Role:

This role requires extreme flexibility and ability to manage many tasks simultaneously.


SwipeRx Thailand Community Management

Responsibility:

Community Management

  • Oversee and manage all of SwipeRx Thailand's inapp and social media accounts.
  • Develop, execute and monitor monthly and weekly engagement campaigns with our Marketing and Creative teams geared for community growth.
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with pharmaceutical associations.
  • Seek opportunities to grow the community with both offline (booth) and online strategy.
  • Manage all SwipeRx's online channels (LINE, Facebook page, SwipeRx app).
Project Management

  • When required, deliver successful project implementation by collaborating with crossfunctional teams to ensure the delivery of required deliverables.
  • Manage weekly project reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct an evaluation of the project and provide recommendations.
Business Development

  • Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
  • Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
  • Develop and deliver presentations to prospective clients.
  • Work with a team to develop proposals that speak to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives.
  • Host client webinars and other engagements.

Requirement:


  • Pharmacy background with at least 2 years of digital community building and business development or related experience.
  • Analytically driven to track key performance metrics on a consistent basis.
  • Active in English (Spoken & Written)
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to clearly communicate to top management and other departments.
  • Interest in mobile technology; ideally, you have a keen interest in the startup world.
  • Ability to work independently on a weekly calendar with our teams.
