Job Description:
Key responsibilities for the role includes:
- Assist with weekly sales and Marketing Meeting (SSM) preparation and take minutes during the meetings.
- Assist with the implementation of strategies if needed and follow up till complete
- Assist in inventory management for Anantara Maldives on daily basis.
- Assist in the preparation of the agenda and other supporting documents for sales strategy meetings. To have complete knowledge of the hotel facilities and services on offer to our guests.
- Assist in managing room authorizations, rates, and restrictions, including communicating with rate restrictions and strategy to properties
- Assist with account diagnostics and monitoring transient and group inventory to ensure continuous availability.
- Assist the property with rate loading, restriction control, deposit, and cancelations rules
- Assist Director of Revenue Management in monitoring BAR pricing recommendation
- Monitoring competitors' rates and changes in the next 180 days
- Monitor data interface between Property Management Systems (PMS) and Central Systems (OCIS and OBI) to liaise with Director Revenue Management.
- Ensuring profile accuracy and cleanliness by merging and purging profiles in OPMS and ensuring that the merging & purging process is followed through by hotels in their respective Property Management systems.
- Involve in business analysis to ensure the organization achieves the maximum total revenue. For example, displacement analyst and group evaluation
- Provide historical data and analysis to support future strategies and any decision as required
- Ensure all the reports are done on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually and Adhoc basis
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in hotel management or finance.
- 1 years of revenue and yield experience in the hospitality industry
- Familiar with the hotel operations
- Understand the dynamics of regional & local markets, as well as local competitors and events.
