Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing excellent customer experience to our growing list of clients in the Thailand business.Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients across multiple platforms—including LINE, phone, email, and social media—addressing investment and product-related inquiries with timely accurate responses to ensure a positive client experience.
- Provide financial guidance through structured fact-finding to understand and align with clients' financial goals and needs.
