Asia Mass Production covers our Mass Production factories in Thailand, Laos, Philippines, China serving more than 200 million lenses per year worldwide.


The position holder will be responsible for aggregating several kind of information sources, consolidating & publicizing supply chain reports to all concerned.

Your day in the ALM Supply Chain team


Your main responsibilities are the following:

  • Responsible of the related supply chain report for all Asia and WW scope: KPI service & BO, Asia & WW inventory and the forecast split and provide the report to all concerns with 100% accuracy and on time
  • To follow up with Plants to achieve KPI target (Service, BO >2wk and EOY inventory)
  • To manage for the Mold demand & forecast from customer and including to be lead the monthly Mold forecast review with plants.
  • Collaborate with Demand & Asia SC to maintain good relationships
Your success in this position will be measured with the following KPIs:

To deliver the most accurate report to Asia & WW: %accuracy of report


To follow up the KPI with plants:

  • Service rate to customer
  • BO >2 weeks with quarterly target & yearly average
  • Inventory report
  • Work with Project team and Factories to deliver new product for market launch on time"
Reactiveness on plant support

Support Asia SC team by coaching, analyzing, problem solving, process improvement to achieve supply chain KPI and sustain process

Must have

Min Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or related fields.
Highly competent Industrial Management professional with strong knowledge in supply chain management covering areas of production planning, inventory control, demand management and logistics
Good analytical skills and problem solving attitude
Strong organizational skills
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written. English speaking mandatory
Strong knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint
Flexibility, honest, autonomous
