รายละเอียดงาน:
- Gather requirements process from business and users.
- Interacting with end users on clarifying requirements and issues.
- Providing possibilities of the solutions /options on the issues encountered to end users.
- Working with system analyst / developer to access changes and implementations.
- Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures.
- Performing System Integration Testing and coordinating User Acceptance Test with users.
- Handle and conduct user documentation and user training.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in MIS, IT, BA, Computer Science or other related fields
- New graduates are also welcome.
- Project management skill
- Knowledge of banking industry or banking products would be an advantage.
- Experience working in Business analysis, and/or Project management preferred.
- Strong team management, Energetic.
- Good communication.
