We are seeking a skilled SEO Specialist to lead and execute a comprehensive organic growth strategy for a dynamic global e-commerce brand. This role offers the opportunity to significantly increase search visibility, drive qualified traffic, and improve the user experience across product and content pages. You will collaborate closely with content, UX, and development teams to implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives. The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor with creativity, a deep understanding of SEO best practices, and the ability to translate insights into measurable results. This role is fully remote, with flexibility to work across global time zones and a supportive environment for continuous learning and professional growth.

Accountabilities:

• Develop and execute an end-to-end SEO strategy to increase organic traffic, improve rankings, and maximize conversions.
• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify high-impact opportunities across products and content.
• Optimize website structure, metadata, internal linking, and content to ensure search engine visibility and user engagement.
• Lead technical SEO initiatives, including site speed optimization, crawlability improvements, indexation management, and structured data implementation.
• Design and manage a scalable link-building strategy, building relationships with industry partners, bloggers, and publishers for high-quality backlinks.
• Collaborate with content, creative, product, and UX teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all pages and content.
• Monitor site performance and SEO metrics using tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, and SEMrush, and implement data-driven improvements.
Requirements:
• 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience in fast-paced e-commerce or direct-to-consumer environments.
• Proven success with link-building strategies and content optimization.
• Strong technical SEO knowledge and familiarity with on-page and off-page optimization techniques.
• Proficiency with SEO and analytics tools, including Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, GA4, GSC, and SEMrush.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for actionable insights.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including content, development, UX, and marketing.
• Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
