Assist the sales team in identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate cybersecurity solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to potential customers and partners.
Respond to technical inquiries, RFPs, and RFIs, providing detailed and accurate information.
Work closely with customers to understand their specific security requirements.
Collaborate with the sales team to design customized cybersecurity solutions tailored to each customer's needs.
Create detailed solution proposals and technical documentation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, offering insights and recommendations for effective cybersecurity strategies.
Continuously assess and enhance pre-sales processes and workflows.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve the efficiency of the pre-sales team.
Ensure a seamless transition from pre-sales to post-sales support.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields.
Proven experience in a pre-sales or technical sales role within the cybersecurity industry.
Proven experience with F5 security solutions will be an advantage
Hands-on experience with network security technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion prevention systems (IPS), endpoint security, and VPNs.
Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and integrating security solutions in these platforms.
Experience conducting technical presentations, workshops, and demonstrations for customers.
Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, etc.) and network architectures.
Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting firewalls, VPNs, SD-WAN, and other security appliances.
Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR, PCI DSS) and best practices.
Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Deep knowledge of cybersecurity products, technologies, and industry trends.
Problem-solving ability and customer-focused mindset.
Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues quickly and efficiently.
Good English Communication would be an advantage.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role
We are seeking a driven and experienced Technical Manager to manage our presales and post-sales efforts within the cybersecurity domain. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in cybersecurity solutions, client relationship management, and team leadership.
