Responsibilities
- Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, chat, or email.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues. Research and troubleshoot issues using available information resources.
- Provide consultation to users on appropriate solutions and actions.
- Identify and escalate issues that require urgent attention.
- Track, route, and document problems, requests, and resolutions. Resolve technical issues within our network infrastructure and value-added services.
- Prepare activity and service reports.
- Manage day-to-day planning and operational aspects of projects to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
- Work closely with the Pre-Sales Solution team to ensure smooth After-Sales Support.
- Design and adjust system configurations to meet customer requirements, particularly during emergency situations.
- Support firewall configuration changes to ensure smooth service operations.
- Support configuration adjustments and provide consultation for authentication systems.
- Support configuration changes and provide consultation for WiFi solutions.
- Support DNS record configuration changes and provide related technical consultation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of prior IT experience, Add on service, Network, Cloud Platform, Firewall
- Prior experience working for a service provider is a plus
- Good interpersonal skill and service minded
- Good problem solving and communication skill
- Passion, Positive and Creative to continue development the personal skills
- Good command of English
- Able to work on shift (07:00-20:00, 20:00-07:00)
