Roles & ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a growth strategy focused both on financial gain (ROI positive buyer/tenant and owner leads) and partner satisfaction.
Manage a team of currently 7 FTEs and 10 freelance writers across digital marketing (content/SEO, performance, database, social/influencer, affiliate/partnership, etc.) and offline marketing.
Grow the team to enable PropertyScout to become the dominant platform in South East Asia.Work with cross-functional partners to develop and implement business strategies that address the needs of our users and meet our business goals.
Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department.Set, monitor, and report on Marketing team goals.
Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
Craft quarterly and annual hiring plans.
Participate in company monthly meeting and annual planning of company objectives.
QualificationsMust have strong experience in multi-scale digital marketing and at least 7 years of team management experience.
Master s Degree in Business Administration or Marketing with technical skills is desirable.
Must have experience in digital marketing in a agency, FMCG or Marketplace.
Having previous work experience as Head of Marketing or VP of Marketing in multinational company is a plus.
Proven track record of successfully managing a marketing team developing campaigns from idea through execution to reporting.
High competency in project management and stakeholder engagement.
Experienced in running performance marketing campaigns across the region or in a regional company.
Demonstrate strong leadership skills and analytical mind.
Must have excellent written and spoken English and Thai skills.
High attention to detail, well organized, with a sense of urgency and a drive to get things done.
